Payment is required upfront. I don’t offer refunds after a colored sketch, but I can refund for any reason (e.g., mental health, discomfort).
I accept payment plans with a maximum duration of 2 months.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

2. Turnaround Time (TAT)

My TAT is flexible, ranging from 1 week to 2 months. If you need your order by a specific date, we can discuss a rush fee.
3. Communication

Please use the same username for inquiries to help me find you easily.

Feel free to ask for work-in-progress updates; however, please avoid weekly requests. Progress is always tracked in my Trello.
